Chew on This: Nature’s Promise Gluten Free Panko Bread Crumbs – Giant Stores

Giant Stores has made a good effort in stores (online review isn’t so favorable) to make it easier to shop for gluten free items. In the gluten free section they have a few of their store brand items like bread crumbs. The fantastic thing about these are they have no wheat or gluten, or milk, or soy. The packaging is very small so don’t expect to cater a dinner for a group but if you are making a one or two person meal you could use a pouch or two for meatloaf or whatever you’re frying or baking.

Texture: Bread crumbs finely crushed. Very dry. Don’t overcook they burn easy

Taste: Good flavor, doesn’t overpower your dish.

Appearance: Light brown crumbs very fine

Ingredients: Mostly brown rice and potato flour. The fantastic thing about these are they have no wheat or gluten, or milk, or soy.
